We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return cost on you and this cost must be paid by the customer himself.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund policy
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
